All Types of Families are Featured on ABC Family

*Updated 7/15/13*
In 2013 ABC family did not host an upfront event, most likely because the fate of more than one show is still unknown. ABC Family is one of those rare television stations where I am going to try everything that premieres on that channel at least once. I may not love everything but, I must say I am addicted to more than a handful of their hit television programs. Summer programming is where Abc Family shines and I must say that this year is no different; there are new hits and returning favorites for everyone to enjoy. Although there is still no word on what lies ahead for previous summer hits such as Bunheads, and the lying game, that is no reason not to tune in this summer and get wrapped up in; the mystery, friendships, and family that remains a key component of ABC Family original series.

Updated 7/15/13 - Sad News Lying Game and Bunheads Fans
According to several of the leading co-stars. The show has not been picked up for a third season. Although Season two ended on a cliffhanger, the lying game has always been a border line show in terms of ratings. With the plethora of new shows in the works at ABC Family, I guess season 3 was not feasible. Tell us your favorite Lying Game moments. Or just your vent frustrations in the comments section!

BREEZY’s RECAP

I am an ABCF fan, I have been a fan since they teamed up Secret Life and MIOBI on Monday nights, and I look forward to campus crush every august. That being said I know a lot of fans are nervous about the future of their favorite show, especially since ABCF has more shows in production and airing now than ever before. Most likely one or two shows will get cancelled this season, which is just the law of averages however it may not be as bad as most people are thinking. ABCF now has established its base and they may be looking to expand their nights of original programming, or how many nights they have original programming in the winter. You never know, so my suggestion is to watch to your hearts content and let ABCF do what they are going to do. So what are you watching on ABCF? Are you looking for a recap and review of your favorite ABCF shows? Do you like the Lying game or twisted? Bunheads or the Fosters? What do you think will be cancelled this summer? Let us know in the comments section!

    3. I actually like your blog post and your right the way viewership is counted is an outdated system that needs to be corrected. I also feel that bubble shows should always write their season finales in a way that allows the fans to get some closure, obv this didnt happen here. There is rumors of a chloe, the king movie... mayb abcf will consider a jane movie or will at least cast her in something else she was amazing!

MY FIVE WIVES ON TLC

"One huge plural family" After the raid in Texas, many Americans became aware of polygamy as an alternative lifestyle being practiced secretly all over the U.S. TLC became the first channel to offer viewers an inside look into how polygamy was being practiced by "modern" looking men and women. The network decided to capitalized on the American public's innate fascination with alternative lifestyles and their curiosity with how these all American families; live, interact and find a way to raise and feed households that are often 5 or 6 times the size of the average family.    We got our first look into how normal and yet chaotic their lives were when TLC introduced its viewers to the Brown family; Kody, his four wives, and their seventeen children. They ice blocked, threw co-ed parties, and had a non negotiable stance on modesty -- they were normal. It only took one episode for TLC to know they had a hit on their hands. In four seasons, there has bee
