NEW SERIES:

FOOD FIGHTERS (NEW REALITY SERIES)
This summer, the table is set for the ultimate culinary clash in "Food Fighters," one part cooking competition, one part game show. In a delicious twist, host Adam Richman ("Man v. Food") will give homegrown amateur cooks the chance to test their skills against professional chefs. Every down-home cook has that one "signature dish" or "secret family recipe" that always gains favor with friends and family. Now, imagine going head-to-head in the kitchen against five professional chefs, who try to cook your specialty dish even better than you - in the hopes of winning over a dinner party made up of the American public. Talk about pressure! With each savored victory, the cash prize gets bigger and bigger as the home cooks rise to every challenge and out cook the professional

THE NIGHT SHIFT (NEW DRAMA SERIES)
Welcome to the night shift, where the toughest and craziest cases always seem to come through the door. Every shift is a fight between the heroic efforts of saving lives and the hard truths of running an underfunded hospital. At San Antonio Memorial, the men and women who work the night shift are an irreverent and special breed, particularly adrenaline junkie TC Callahan (Eoin Macken, "Merlin"). After three grueling tours of duty in Afghanistan, TC is about to learn that his toughest battles will be fought right here at home. He and his irreverent team of late-night docs, including his best friend Topher (Ken Leung, "Lost") and protégé Drew (Brendan Fehr, "Roswell"), know how to let off steam with the casual prank or two, but when lives are at stake, they are all business. New night shift boss - and TC's ex-girlfriend - Dr. Jordan Alexander (Jill Flint, "The Good Wife") struggles to keep everyone in check, but TC doesn't make it easy. Paul (Robert Bailey Jr., "Coraline") is fresh out of medical school and still adjusting to the rigors of an emergency room. Krista (Jeananne Goossen, "Alcatraz"), also a new intern, has something to prove, while Kenny (JR Lemon, "Tyler Perry's A Madea Christmas") is a seasoned nurse who keeps the doctors focused and isn't afraid to break a few rules to get the job done. Meanwhile, Landry de la Cruz (Daniella Alonso, "Revolution"), the lone psychiatrist on the night shift, finds she has to tend to her colleagues as much as she cares for the patients on the ward. Unfortunately, the night shift is now under new senior management and boss Michael Ragosa (Freddy Rodriguez, "Six Feet Under") has to balance the real-world pressures of cutting costs while battling the stigma that he is more interested in saving money than helping people. But TC has never met a rule he couldn't break or a person he won't fight. If Ragosa wants a war... he'll get one.

TAXI BROOKLYN (NEW DRAMA SERIES)
Chyler Leigh stars as hard-as-nails Det. Caitlyn "Cat" Sullivan, a woman hell-bent on finding her father's killer. After she's demoted to foot patrol for reckless driving, disobeying orders and personality conflicts, Cat meets taxi driver Leo Romba (Jacky Ido). A highly skilled driver, Leo is a charming French African from Marseille. Realizing Leo lied on his immigration forms, Cat offers him a deal: In exchange for his driving skills and taxi, she will help Leo with his immigration problem. In order to stay out of prison and avoid deportation, Leo agrees to partner with Cat and quickly becomes her personal driver, consultant and friend as they race through the streets of New York solving cases and trying to uncover the mystery behind her father's murder.
UNDATEABLE (NEW COMEDY SERIES)
"Undateable" is a new comedy series about a group of friends who are this close to finding a relationship - they just need a little help. Whether it's due to a lack of style, the wrong job or even just a bad haircut, everyone goes through a time in their lives when they're undateable. Most of us eventually grow out of it, but some people need a little more help than others. Enter Danny Burton (Chris D'Elia, "Whitney"). Confident, attractive and impervious to outside opinions, 29-year-old Danny - who may be in a state of arrested development himself - decides to help out his new roommate, Justin Kearney (comedian Brent Morin), the owner of an unsuccessful bar and a chronic overthinker, and Justin's group of oddball friends - Shelly (comedian Ron Funches), Burski (comedian Rick Glassman) and Brett (David Fynn, "Game of Thrones"). Danny introduces the gang to his recently divorced older sister, Leslie (Bianca Kajlich, "Rules of Engagement"), who immediately bonds with this group of guys, as she feels a little stuck in her own life as well. The gang spends most of their time at Justin's bar, helping solve each other's respective problems over beers, and while they love to give each other a hard time, they always have each other's back.
WELCOME TO SWEDEN (NEW COMEDY SERIES)
Bruce Evans (Greg Poehler) and Emma Wiik (Josephine Bornebusch, Swedish hit drama "Solsidan") seem to be the perfect couple. He is a successful money manager to the stars, living his life in New York with Emma, the sweet woman from Sweden whom he loves and adores. A rare combination of intelligent, funny, kind and beautiful, Emma believes she has finally found her true soul mate. So when she makes the life-changing decision to move back to her native Stockholm to accept a prestigious banking job after being with Bruce for a year, she is surprised and thrilled that he agrees to move with her to begin a new life together. Moving halfway around the world with a new love is a huge step. With no job, friends or real clue about what he is getting himself into, Bruce is quick to face the many unique challenges and culture clashes that living in a foreign land presents. The most notable one is how to win over Emma's strange and very Swedish family, starting with her parents, Viveka (Lena Olin, "Chocolat") and Birger (Claes Månsson), whom they move in with. Viveka, who is a therapist, dearly loves her family but has difficulty showing it, especially to Emma, and much to Bruce's dismay, she harbors a dislike for him from day one. Birger, a retired sea captain, is a typical Swede - tall, kind and silent. Since his spoken English isn't very sharp, it only adds to the communication barriers. Emma's younger brother, Gustav (Christopher Wagelin), is a 28-year old mega-slacker who, for some reason, can do no wrong in his mother's eyes. Bengt (Per Svensson), Birger's younger brother, is an American-adoring rockabilly type who seems to live his life through Hollywood movies. As for Bruce's family, his dad, Wayne (Patrick Duffy, "Dallas"), is conservative by nature and resides in a small Midwestern town. Like Wayne, Bruce's adoring mother, Nancy (Illeana Douglas, "Grace of My Heart"), wants nothing but the best for her son, but has no understanding whatsoever of his decision to leave his happy life in New York. Amy Poehler, Aubrey Plaza, Will Ferrell and Gene Simmons make guest appearances as themselves in this offbeat single-camera comedy predominately shot on location in Stockholm.

CROSSBONES (NEW DRAMA SERIES)
"Crossbones," a compelling new one-hour drama filled with extraordinary action, adventure and intrigue - set in a world where one can never be sure just who is hero and who is villain. It's 1729. On the secret island of Santa Compana, Edward Teach, better known as the barbarous pirate Blackbeard (Emmy winner John Malkovich, "Death of a Salesman," "Red"), reigns over a rogue nation of thieves, outlaws and miscreants. Part shantytown, part utopia, part marauder's paradise, this is a place like no other. Blackbeard has designs on the longitude chronometer, an invention that will change the world. During a massive attack on an English vessel, his most trusted pirates attempt to steal the device. But on board is Tom Lowe (Richard Coyle, "Covert Affairs"), an English spy working undercover as ship's surgeon. Lowe's mission is to prevent the chronometer from falling into the hands of pirates - and to assassinate Blackbeard, should the opportunity arise. Taken as prisoner to Santa Compana, Lowe must find a way to reassemble the precious chronometer, all while trying to uncover Blackbeard's master plan - a plan that includes a greater threat to the English throne than merely pirates...

MY FIVE WIVES ON TLC

"One huge plural family" After the raid in Texas, many Americans became aware of polygamy as an alternative lifestyle being practiced secretly all over the U.S. TLC became the first channel to offer viewers an inside look into how polygamy was being practiced by "modern" looking men and women. The network decided to capitalized on the American public's innate fascination with alternative lifestyles and their curiosity with how these all American families; live, interact and find a way to raise and feed households that are often 5 or 6 times the size of the average family.    We got our first look into how normal and yet chaotic their lives were when TLC introduced its viewers to the Brown family; Kody, his four wives, and their seventeen children. They ice blocked, threw co-ed parties, and had a non negotiable stance on modesty -- they were normal. It only took one episode for TLC to know they had a hit on their hands. In four seasons, there has bee
