Killer Women has been Unofficially Cancelled

Executive Produced by Sofia Vergara, the 8 episode miniseries will come to a conclusion 2 weeks early, effectively canceling the struggling miniseries. Killer Women stars Tricia Helfer as Molly Parker, a Ballsy and badass and one of the first women to join the Texas Rangers, an elite group of law enforcement agents. “Killer Women” takes us inside the dangerous world of the Texas Rangers from a female perspective. Molly is committed to finding the truth and seeing justice served. In a male-dominated world, she is aided by her sixth sense for why women kill — rarely out of hatred, usually for what they love.

Tuesdays at 10pm has been a consistent struggle for ABC this year, ABC hopes to break that chain with the premiere of Mind Games. Mind Games will take over for Killer Women starting Tuesday Feb. 25th. There has been no word on whether ABC will make the unaired episodes available online or in any other form.

*Updated 7/15/13* In 2013 ABC family did not host an upfront event, most likely because the fate of more than one show is still unknown. ABC Family is one of those rare television stations where I am going to try everything that premieres on that channel at least once. I may not love everything but, I must say I am addicted to more than a handful of their hit television programs. Summer programming is where Abc Family shines and I must say that this year is no different; there are new hits and returning favorites for everyone to enjoy.
