Looks Like She's Staying On The Bottom, Ground Floor Renewed For Season 2

TBS’ freshman class is killing it, both Men at Work and Sullivan and Son have been renewed for a second season. Although Ground Floor started off slow, it too will be a part of TBS’ newest crop of sophomore series. Set in the modern world of corporate America, Ground Floor, centers on modern coporate ameria and stars Brody (Astin), a young, hot-shot investment banker who thought he was just having a one-night stand with Jennifer (Heelan), a beautiful woman he met at an office party. He quickly discovers, that she works in the maintenance department for the building where his investment bank– Remington Trust – is located.
What was once a one night stand, he never expected to see again becomes a constant fixture in his life as their worlds begin to collide in the most unexpected ways. Facing Brody’s critical boss, Mr. Mansfield (John McGinley), as well as annoyed colleagues, the pair must find a way to deal with their growing feelings for each other in this modern take on Romeo & Juliet. Ground Floor has received a 10 episode second season.

GSN GETS ITS GAME ON

GSN 2014 UPFRONTS    GSN is sticking to game shows and its working for them. In 2014 GSN plans to boost up its commitment to original content, they will be adding one new series this year with many more in development. GSN had a stellar 2013, the network’s most-watched year ever, with double-digit audience growth across all key demos and total viewers. “In 2013 our original programming began hitting on all cylinders and our ratings reached record highs. And that’s because our viewers are active, engaged and asking for more--and we are giving it to them,” said Amy Introcaso-Davis, GSN’s Executive Vice President of Programming and Development. “We see limitless possibilities in the game show category and we feel confident that we can grow our audience with outside the box thinking around this genre.” UPCOMING ORIGINAL SERIES

Preachers Daughters Round 2

The outrageous reality series Preachers Daughters , on Lifetime has been renewed for season 2 and will premiere March 5th. “The gap between heaven and hell has never been wider than in the Season 2 of Preachers’ Daughters.” So reads the press release issued today by Lifetime. Featuring 2 returning daughters; Kolby Koloff and Taylor Coleman and 2 new ones; Megan Cassidy of Boiling Springs, South Carolina and Tori Elliott from New Orleans.
