SCIENCE CHANNEL Discovers New Series and Specials at the Science Channel Upfronts 2013

The science channel is one of the four original channels rolled out by Discovery Communications in 1996. With every year, the channel has changed and adopted with the times. In April 2013 the science channel announced brand new series and specials to debut within the next year, at their 2013 Upfronts. 2013 and 2014 will be great years for the Science Channel; it will feature live science events, scripted dramas, and the return of some fan favorite original series. The Science Channels first scripted program ever… will be 73 Seconds: The Challenger Investigation. This fast growing cable channel will continue to draw in new viewers. Featuring everything from Aliens to Spaceships and Adventures to Monkeys, this channel will continue to offer something for everyone.

BREEZY'S RECAP...

I have to honestly admit I watch absolutely nothing on the science channel, and when I say nothing what I mean is not one thing. I do not even think I have browsed channels and ever accidentally found myself on the science channel, that being said I believe many long time viewers will be happy with the return of some of the favorite series. Fringe fans I am sure are ecstatic that the science channel picked up their cult favorite obsession, and since that is the only title I recognize, I will make the loos agreement to watch at least the first season of fringe (binge style) within the next year and let everyone know what I think. So what do you think? What will you be watching? Is there anything you are excited to see, or any old shows your excited to see return? Let me know in the comments section!
