Sad News for Ravenswood Fans

This spinoff just didn't have any juice. Sorry Ravenswood fans but the show has officially been cancelled. Unfortunately, the freshman supernatural drama aired just 10 episodes, and was launched behind the annual "Liars" Halloween special in October. The show never seemed to gain a ratings foothold, and continued to fall in the ratings when it was not placed behind Pretty Little Liars. Ravenswood earned an average of just under 1.3 million viewers each week.

The network hoped that the ratings and strong social medial presence from "PLL" would transfer to the show once they saw the character Caleb Rivers (Tyler Blackburn) move to the titular town in order to investigate a mysterious curse that preys on the town's teenagers including him. There is no word yet what this means for crossover character Caleb. And many Haleb fans are rejoicing, at the prospect of Caleb returning to Rosewood, but it's not a done deal yet. I can't say that I am disappointed with the Ravenswood cancellation, but I must admit I had grown attached to Miranda so I hope we get to see her somehow in Rosewood.

So are you disappointed or happy about ABC Family canceling Ravenswood? Let us know in the comments.

MY FIVE WIVES ON TLC

"One huge plural family" After the raid in Texas, many Americans became aware of polygamy as an alternative lifestyle being practiced secretly all over the U.S. TLC became the first channel to offer viewers an inside look into how polygamy was being practiced by "modern" looking men and women. The network decided to capitalized on the American public's innate fascination with alternative lifestyles and their curiosity with how these all American families; live, interact and find a way to raise and feed households that are often 5 or 6 times the size of the average family.    We got our first look into how normal and yet chaotic their lives were when TLC introduced its viewers to the Brown family; Kody, his four wives, and their seventeen children. They ice blocked, threw co-ed parties, and had a non negotiable stance on modesty -- they were normal. It only took one episode for TLC to know they had a hit on their hands. In four seasons, there has bee...
