HILARY DUFF returns to TV!

TV Land has picked up Younger for 12 episodes. This single camera comedy starring Sutton Foster, Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar and Miriam Shor. Based on the novel by Pamela Redmond Satran, Younger centers around Liza (40) a single mom trying to find work, after years out of the workforce, problem is that it's hard to start from the bottom at her age.
When a chance encounter with a young guy at a bar convinces her she looks younger than she is, Liza tries to pass herself off as 26 – with the help of a makeover, courtesy of her best friend Maggie (Mazar). Posing as her new younger self she lands a job as an assistant and teams up with her new co-worker Kelsey (Duff) to make it in the career of her dreams. Now she just has to make sure no one finds out the secret only she and Maggie share. Younger is a serialized comedy and is a different style than previous tv land original comedies. Younger expands TV Land’s push in the single-camera format. The network’s other pilot, Jennifer Falls starring Jaime Presley was picked up to series in January. Younger will begin airing this Fall.
